The Result: Every tax-paying citizen of the IOP is keenly aware of the costs involved in providing for the comforts and necessities of civilization. Each person pays their fair share based on how much they choose and/or need to consume. This dynamically incorporates the time-proven principles of free-market engineering into the provisioning and consumption of resources that are best supplied by a central government for the common good.
